To choose the correct size for you, measure your body as follows:

• Shoulder :  Measure across the back from one shoulder seam to the other, keeping the tape straight and level to ensure an accurate fit.
• Chest : Measure around the fullest part, place the tape close under the arms and make sure the tape is flat across the back.
• Body : Measure from the highest point of your shoulder down to the desired hemline, ensuring the tape is straight and follows the natural curve of your body.
• Sleeve : Measure from the shoulder seam down to the wrist, keeping the arm slightly bent to ensure a comfortable fit.
